The location of the hotel is good and accessible. it is near some famous landmarks. the bathroom looks clean but lacks amenities. Breakfast is mediocre. the hotel has private rooms and some facilities such as a restaurant on the top floor but they are not well-maintained.

The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms are not maintained properly, as seen from the presence of bed sheets from previous guests and cockroaches.

The hotel had excellent staff who were very helpful. The receptionist in particular was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist me with any concerns I had. Additionally, the hotel was located in a convenient area for transportation, making it easy to get around the city. The facilities were very clean and well-maintained as well. I had a very pleasant stay.

We recently went on a city trip and stayed at a hotel. The man who greeted us the next morning was the kindest and most helpful person we've ever met. He made our stay very enjoyable by providing us with great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We were also pleased with the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. Another advantage we enjoyed was the complimentary breakfast that was offered every morning.

Our arrival experience was not great. The receptionist we encountered when we arrived tried to convince us not to stay and was not very helpful.

He assisted us with everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our weekend comfortable. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the room amenities were also a great feature, especially the spacious bathroom that added to our relaxation.

The check-in process was not smooth and the receptionist who greeted us in the evening lacked enthusiasm and didn't know much English. the cleanliness of the room was also an issue, with dirty bedsheets and a large cockroach greeting us.

Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely attentive and assisted with all our needs. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities like a private balcony overlooking the stunning view. the In-room breakfast service was prompt and delicious, and the packed lunches were perfect for our day trip. We requested special diet menus, which were fulfilled to the last detail. the hotel's location was perfect for an exclusive getaway with easy access to transportation.

The only minor issue was the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. the sheets seemed to have been previously used, and there were traces of dust in the corners of the room.
